A Displaced People-VOL 2:

A Displaced People Volume 2 was a continuation of the ‘Displaced People’ series. Through this next chapter of the project, I wanted to understand more of this history and the events in Ukraine before the war while also looking at the current events of the war.

For this, I started by looking into the riots in 2014 and the invasion of Crimea in 2014 to understand where we got to today in the Russo-Ukraine war. For this project, I wanted to gain a broader knowledge and understanding of the topic and show the history of Ukraine and its conflict.

The work has been created in the same manner as before by using found photography images from telegram groups and through connections to people in Ukraine, and with the use of AI imagery, I can expand the original images into a panoramic style view of the image, extending the view within the photographs showing off more of the scene.

Through that period of time, whilst working on this project, I felt the work was not fully complete, and for this, I want to step away from this project to think about the direction I want to take this work to finish and collude this project.
